Examination Fee
Schools should facilitate the registration of students for the Handwriting Olympiad. The registration is conducted online, eliminating the need for paperwork. There is 50 minimum requirement for the number of students to be registered from each school.A prospectus, containing online registration form formats, is provided to all registered schools.
Schools not registered can request the prospectus by sending an email to info@handwritingolympiad.org. Schools must ensure that the registration forms and students’ details are filled in accordance with the instructions provided on the website. The registration forms should be duly completed and submitted by the specified deadline. If required, a registration cum information form for distribution to students/parents can be obtained from the prospectus.
Handwriting Olympiad Enrollment Fee: Rs. 150/-
The enrollment fee should be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “HANDWRITING OLYMPIAD“, payable at Hyderabad.
Schools are encouraged to motivate students to participate actively in the competition.

How to Apply?
Step 1: Download all the required information from our official website.
Step 2: Appoint a Handwriting Olympiad coordinator from the school’s staff who will disseminate information about the Handwriting Olympiad among students and encourage their participation. If you need registration cum information forms for distribution to students/parents, please contact us.
Payment Methods:
Payment must be made through Cheque, Bank Transfer, or Online Transfer.
Cheque should be drawn in favor of “HANDWRITING OLYMPIAD” payable at Hyderabad.
Online payment can be made through our official website only.
Step 3: The school must register on our official website. During registration, please upload the student’s data in an Excel file and update the total fee online or provide the Demand Draft details.
Step 4: After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from Handwriting Olympiad within 48 hours.

General Guidelines
- The written test will be conducted in English.
- The school is required to provide information about the participating student using the designated student information form.
- Upon registration, each school will be assigned a unique registration code.
